Each person will have exactly 4 answers (chars).

1) Write a function named “getScoreInfo” that is given a two-dimensional array
containing the scores of students in a class. Each student will have exactly 5 scores (integers).
A passing score is any score that is greater or equal 50.
The function will return the number of students that have at least 3 passing scores.
In addition, it also returns a count of how many students that have all perfect scores of 100.
2)Write a function named “analyzeSurvey” that is given a two-dimensional array
containing the answers in the survey in ‘Y’ or ‘N’ from many people.
Each person will have exactly 4 answers (chars).
The function will return the number of person who have provided the neutral responses (e.g. exactly 2 ‘Y’s and 2 ‘N’s).
In addition, it also returns the list of total counts of ‘Y’s for each question.
Note: The function can handle any number of persons (array size) for the survey but each must have exact 4 answers.
Please consider passing the array of 4 integers to pass back the counts for each answer.
